young boy in his teens who was suffering from aspergers syndrome has overcome because of his dog.

Nick Gilling is 14 years old school boy was severely bullied in his school. As he was suffering from Aspergers syndrome, most of his classmates saw him as different which resulted is bullying him badly. He was beaten severely, taunted and harassed in school.

Poor child slowly started hating school and there came a day when he stopped going to school and developed agoraphobia. He not only stooped visiting school but also restricted leaving his home. He was taught at home for full two years.

His mother Tessa went to a charity NGO named “Dogs for disabled” which works for pet training for disabled people. Taking advice from them she started dressing up their Dog “Sally” in Nick’s School uniform.

Nick gave a much unexpected reaction on this and instead of getting tensed he thought it funny and stated laughing at it. Seeing this he too agreed to wear school uniform that day which was surprising to her mother Tessa.  Since that day Tessa started training sally to be more interactive with Nick.  She is being trained to play cards with Nick. Tessa knows that this is a long process but it definitely boost up nick’s confidence who is suffering from Aspergers syndrome.

Aspergers in children is a disorder which needs proper cured and it has been proved that this disorder can cured easily
